Tx4 ... what is this?
Tx4, short of Tic-Tac-Toe-Two (haha), was a silly solution I had to solve the fact that Tic-Tac-Toe almost always ends in a draw when played well.
The rules are largely the same as original game, with one major difference: when the 3x3 game comes to a draw, the grid will expand and players now compete for a higher score.
Score is compared when the entire grid has been filled, and a player may be declared a winner then.
In the case of another draw, the grid expands again and play continues.
There are some variations you do with this by editing the game's settings. By default, lines greater than three-in-a-row don't grant any extra points, but changing that value could lead to players being more incentivized to get longer lines in a row for a greater payout as well as being incentivized to sabotage their opponent from getting larger payouts.
Setting the score for three-in-a-row to 0 while raising the others will lead to a different game of trying to connect four.
You can also edit the game to start at a higher grid level right off the bat, so you can skip the normal Tic-Tac-Toe game altogether.
Built by singlesalty for no good reason.

... what is this?
The Instigator is an answer to the usual two-player monotony: A random factor in a game of strategy.
The Instigator assumes player three and will pick a random spot on the grid to play. It will even override spots that are already claimed, possibly leading to lowering scores.
The Instigator won't play on Level 1.
Good to know.
