the USER will get 14 Points at the start to spec into different categories. each category has 7 Points max, and every Point grants a different Chance, Passive, or Ability, along with an increase to the USER's base stats.
Vitality-Health
0-100 Health
1-200 Health, Vitality Regeneration I (10 Health healed every turn)
2-275 Health, Vitality Recollection (heal 100 Health)
3-350 Health, Life Stealing Strike (deal 50% Physical power and return damage dealt as Health)
4-425 Health, Overhealing (up to 200 Health can be Overhealed if healed at full Health)
5-500 Health, Vitality Regeneration II (15 more Health healed every turn, total 25)
6-550 Health, Vitality Absorbent (50% chance that damage taken while blocking is healed)

procs/status effects
status effects are given from certain actions that can either hurt or aid the afflicted. most status effect stacks deteriorate every turn at a rate of 1x per turn, unless stated otherwise.
Burned
every turn, the afflicted takes 20 damage per x.
Poisoned
every turn, the afflicted takes 50 damage per x.
Frozen
for every turn this is active, the afflicted cannot do actions. they will still recieve bonuses from their passives, like Vitality Regeneration.
Sense (USER only)
used in conjunction with Critical Strike to affect how much damage the attack will do. all x are consumed on use of Critial Strike instead of per turn.
Brace (USER only)
with at least 1x the USER will take 25% less damage from attacks. every attack on the USER will lose 1x.
Rage (USER only)
used in conjunction with Unleash to affect how muh damage the attack will do. all x are consumed on use of the attack.
